
Why Eat Fish?
Nutritionally speaking, fish are one of our most ideal foods. As well as being rich in Vitamins A, B, D, & E, fish is a good source of zinc, selenium, potassium, copper, iron, phosphorus and calcium. Importantly, it is also a good quality complete protein that is easily useable by our bodies. It contains all the essential amino acids and although it is is relatively low in fat, the fats it does contain are the good fats. Fish has been proven to be beneficial in weight loss, maintaining great heart health, regulating blood pressure and reducing inflammation.
Fishing & sustainability
As a seafood leaning establishment, sustainably sourced fish is important to us so we use only Australian seafood and prioritise locally caught varieties when available.
